This notice explains what personal data BFCEV Energy Solutions Private Limited collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect, and why
We ask for as little as we can. This is everything the enquiry form on this site collects:

- We do not collect your age, and our forms are not directed at anyone under 18.
- We do not ask for financial information, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
- We do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not sell yours.
- We do not use your enquiry to build an advertising profile.
Your consent
We only collect these details when you choose to send them, and only after you tick the consent box on the form. The box is never pre-ticked, and it is never bundled with anything else.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and it is as easy as giving it — email us and say so. We will stop processing your data and delete it, except where we are legally required to keep a record.
Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
- Correct anything that is wrong, or complete anything that is missing.
- Erase your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
- Address a grievance about how we have handled your data.
To exercise any of these, email us with the request. We will confirm receipt and act on it within a reasonable period.
Who else sees your data
Your enquiry passes through our own automation system, which routes it to the right team and records it in our internal enquiry log. It is handled by the people at BFCEV who need to answer you.
We do not share your enquiry with anyone outside BFCEV and its three businesses, and we do not transfer it outside India as part of answering you.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as it takes to answer you and to maintain our ordinary business records. When it is no longer needed for either, we delete it. If you ask us to erase it sooner, we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
How we protect it
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are signed so we can verify they have not been tampered with in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Grievance redressal
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our grievance office at the address below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
